'Velicham' is a registered independent women's organization (Reg.No.254/2018) founded in November 2018 by women volunteers, to support single female families such as widows, divorcees and spinsters in Tamil Nadu. The organization currently works with 1700 women from 4 districts of Tamil Nadu. It supports, its members, to enhance their awareness level and enables them to receive supports from the bank and various government departments.
